Desana currently has projects in Russia, and Peru.  Desana operates differently than many charities.  Desana is located in the United States but has local Project Directors (volunteers) in each of our project locations.  These Desana volunteers ensure the money we send is used in accordance with the desires of the people that donated the funds.  100% of your donation goes to funding the Desana Project.  All operating costs are covered by contributions by the Board of Directors.
