childrenPaucarbamba Children Still Like To Be Photographed

One of the truths we talk about a lot is that children are the same all over the world - these children no longer have a home, they do not know where they will be living, they now eat their meals at an outdoor food line, their bedroom is under a tarp --- BUT they still like to have their picture taken.

Desana is happy to be able to help some of the thousands of Peruvians who lost their homes in the flooding on January 26th.? We have pledged $4,000 to help with constructing more permanent structures to feed these children and their families.? The $4,000 will only get the job started. It will be a long time until these people are able to rebuild what they have lost. We will need your help and support to keep feeding these people.

Tomorrow, Kathy and I head back to Peru for two weeks to help in any way we can. Pray for us and for the children and for all the families that have been affected by this devastation.
