Highway Secondary School in the village of Kiganda, Mubende, Uganda now has a clean, safe, plentiful source of fresh water. It was a promise made 11 months ago by Desana Inc.....it is now a dream come true. Thank you and blessings to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA for you compassion, your trust and the steadfast belief that it is our Christian obligation to help and serve the needy across the globe. St. Andrew's has provided life to this community, because in Africa, every one knows that "water is life".

This video of our Mission Trip to Kiganda Uganda only shows a very small part of what we did and what we experienced. We hope you enjoy this video and will share it with your friends. The new classroom and teacher offices building is nearing completion. TCFF Founder and Highway Secondary School Director reported this week that the roof is now on the building and the contractor is getting ready to do the finishing touches to the inside and outside. We decided to add lightning rods to the building since there was a death in the community from a lightning strike several months ago.
This project was made possible through the donations from Perfecting Faith Ministries International, Antioch TN USA and by George and Kathy Houk.

First of all, let me appologize for not adding an update since Oct 15th. The internet in Mityana and Kiganda was not fast enough to update our website. So, now it is Oct 25th and we will be leaving very VERY early tomorrow morning. We will be flying back through Cario to Rome and then on to the US. We will be adding individual updates about the various projects and happenings durning our trip. BUT..... for now..... here are some pictures of the amazing people we are so fortunate to know in Uganda.

Thank you Pastor Dale Jones and Perfecting Faith Ministries - Antioch TN for providing the funding for the new Three Classroom Block with Faculty Offices for the Highway Secondary School of Kiganda, Uganda. Construction started just a few weeks ago and soon the roof will go on. This structure is expected to be finished by October or November, says Ssenyonga John, Director and Founder of The Children's Future Foundation of Kiganda, Uganda.
